As both cars sit on the starting grid, wheels spinning and engines revving, so the smoke starts to billow out from underneath the rear of each car. The switch, positioned in the Rev-Start track behind them, is pulled back. The tyres meet the track, grip and both cars shoot off neck and neck. The new Rev-Start track incorporates a smoke element hidden underneath the track which vapourises a harmless and clean oil, creating the illusion of smoke coming from the rear of each car. Both cars are held off the track by supports which lower into the track bed when the release switch is pulled back. The Ferrari and Minardi Formula One cars are particularly suited to the figure 8 circuit, which has a banked curve sensibly positioned at the end of the first straight. The Power Base ensures that 'assembly to racing' time is kept to the minimum. Exciting and fair racing is guaranteed and may the best driver win. |

No false starts with this set just pure action and atmosphere. The action is provided by two top of the range Formula One cars each with Magnatraction and the Easi-Fit guide blade assembly. The atmosphere comes from the unique Rev-Start track which incorporates a smoke element positioned underneath the track which vapourises a harmless oil, creating the appearance of smoke coming from the rear of each car. The cars are held off the track by supports which lower into the track bed when the release switch is pulled back. Once the spinning wheels grip the track the smoke stops and the race is on. |
