The single seater racing cars with the wide tyred wheels are on the start line, the hand throttles are gripped tighter and the triggers are squeezed. Both cars begin to rev-up. The wheels spin and smoke drifts up from underneath the Rev Start track as the tension grows. Maximum revs are achieved, the ‘drivers’ exchange a sideways glance as the Rev Start rollers are dropped. The wheels get a grip and both cars shoot off heading for the banked curves on the end of the long straight.
